About Us

**Founded in May of 1852, Liberty Baptist is the OLDEST Baptist Church in the Colbert- Lauderdale Association.**

Liberty is a place that you feel at home due to the atmosphere and friendliness of our fellowship.

We are a true country church with modern community based facilities, Our dress code is very casual, you will always be welcome at Liberty Baptist Church.

We believe the Bible to be the infallible Word of God, written over a period of 1500 years by more than 45 authors without a single contradiction. We are a Bible believing and Bible preaching church.

We sing mostly traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs projecting lyrics on our screens.
